FAQ’s

  • No, the images cannot be shared with others unless you've purchased additional licenses or selected a package that includes multiple licenses. Each party that wishes to use the images for their own marketing or promotional purposes must have their own license. If you need additional licenses, please add the cost-share option when selecting your package.

  • You can use the images for any marketing purposes, including websites, social media, and print materials, with unlimited commercial use rights. Just be sure to include proper photo credit to Haley Hill Photography or @haleyhillphotography when possible.

  • Yes, you can reschedule the shoot if needed. There’s no fee if you reschedule at least 5 days before the shoot. For Basic and Advanced shoots, a rescheduling fee applies if the request is made within 5 days of the scheduled date. However, with our Signature and Premium packages, there are no rescheduling fees, even if you need to make changes within that 5-day window. We understand that project timelines and schedules can change unexpectedly, and we always strive to be as flexible and understanding as possible.

  • Selecting the right package depends on the scope and needs of your project. The Standard Package is perfect for smaller projects, such as photographing one or two rooms in a home. It’s ideal when you need a limited number of images and straightforward coverage. The Advanced Package is best suited for mid-sized projects like offices or retail spaces. This package offers more shooting time and flexibility, making it a great choice for capturing multiple areas in a cohesive way.

     

    For larger, more complex spaces, the Signature & Premium Packages are ideal. These packages are perfect for projects that may benefit from aerial photography, staging people in the shots, or requiring intricate lighting setups. Whether it’s a sprawling commercial development or a multi-room interior project, these packages provide the comprehensive coverage needed to showcase your space in the best light.

  • If you find that you need more images than what’s included in your selected package, you have a couple of options. You can consider upgrading to a higher-level package that offers more images and extended coverage, which might better suit your needs. Alternatively, you can add an extra hour of shooting time for a fee, allowing us to capture the additional shots you require.

  • The duration depends on the package and the complexity of the project. Most shoots take between 1-4 hours. We'll discuss your goals ahead of time so we can plan efficiently and make the most of our time on-site.

  • Final edited images are delivered according to the package selected. For the Standard Package, images are typically ready within 5 business days. The Advanced Package has a turnaround time of 7-10 business days, the Signature Package takes 10-14 business days, and the Premium Package requires 14 or more business days. If you need your images sooner, rush delivery is available for an additional fee—just let me know in advance.

  • Yes. All delivered images are professionally edited for lighting, color balance, and composition to ensure they reflect the space accurately and beautifully. Minor and extensive retouching—such as object removal or cleanup—is included. Each project also includes a set number of revision rounds, so you’ll have the opportunity to request adjustments if needed.

  • Yes, we can include people in the shoot to help convey scale, activity, and liveliness—this is especially effective in hospitality or commercial settings. This is typically done with Signature and Premium packages, as those allow more time for staging. For shorter sessions, it may not always be feasible. If you'd like to include people, you're responsible for coordinating their participation—just let me know in advance so we can plan accordingly.

  • Yes, prepping the space makes a big difference. Ensure the area is clean, clutter-free, and staged as you'd like it to appear in the final images. I’ll send a detailed prep checklist after booking to help you get the space shoot-ready.

  • Yes, aerial photography is available with certain packages or as an add-on. Drone services are weather- and location-permitting and follow FAA regulations. Let me know in advance if you'd like to include this service.

  • Absolutely—I travel! Travel fees may apply depending on the location and scope of the project. Let’s talk through your needs and I’ll provide a custom quote if applicable.

  • For outdoor or natural light-dependent shoots, we’ll keep an eye on the forecast. If poor weather is expected, I’ll be in touch to reschedule at no extra charge. I want your project to look its best!
