A Bold Space for Future Thinkers

The new STEM Center at Mt. San Jacinto College isn’t just a building — it’s a visual declaration of purpose. Designed with crisp lines, bold color, and a forward-thinking layout, it represents the college’s investment in innovation, technology, and future generations of students.

CW Driver Companies brought this structure to life. I was brought in to capture it with clarity, color, and precision.

Exterior Architecture

Strong lines. Red metal panels. A standout facade that demands attention.

The building’s exterior uses vibrant color contrast and high-performance materials to signal modernity. I timed the shoot for ideal daylight and used wide focal lengths to highlight geometry, massing, and symmetry.

STEM Labs & Learning Spaces

Clean, collaborative, and designed to support learning at scale.

Inside, large lab islands and neutral finishes keep the focus on functionality. We captured the flow of these rooms — light-filled, intentional, and scalable for student movement.

Common Areas & Collaboration Zones

Lively, accessible, and student-ready.

Soft seating, open corridors, and bold ceiling features make these spaces both efficient and inviting. I leaned into perspective and ceiling height to give every image depth and a sense of scale.

The Goal

CW Driver Companies needed imagery that would serve multiple business units:

  • Visual proof of project delivery

  • Portfolio content for architects, designers, and subs

  • PR and marketing visuals for the college

  • High-res assets for awards, digital, and print

THE PROCESS

Every photo was planned. We coordinated around weather and lighting to optimize the reflective materials.

Key focus areas:

  • Hero shots for press and awards

  • Daylight-balanced interiors

  • Clean post-processing to preserve true colors and textures

  • Shot sequencing that told a visual story from approach → entry → experience

The Results

✔️ 40+ fully retouched, web-and-print-ready images

✔️ Used across marketing decks, PR releases, and digital campaigns

✔️ Elevated brand perception of the build

✔️ Made CW Driver’s craftsmanship tangible through visuals
