1420 Kettner & Ash

This space was a former US Bank Building, renovated and revived from a single-tenant building into a 21st century multi-tenant workplace. Captured for Cushman & Wakefield, the goal of these shoots was to capture the renovated lobby, rooftop, co-working space and the LED digital atrium. this project received the 2021 IIDA Calibre Design Award under the category, Work Small.
